Internship Program
Real Experience. Real Work. Right Here in Appalachia.
We started this program because we believe the next generation of marketers shouldn't have to leave the region to get real experience. Our interns don't fetch coffee, they work on real projects for real clients from day one.
If you're a student, a recent graduate, or someone looking to break into marketing, this program was built for you.

Why This Program Exists
We Built the Opportunity We Wish We'd Had
Marketing talent in this region often leaves for opportunities in bigger cities. Local students deserve hands-on experience without having to relocate. AMM was built with the help of this community, and this program is one of the ways we give back.
We grew up here. We went to school here. We want to create the opportunities we wish we'd had.

University Partnership
Built with Shawnee State
Shawnee State has been part of our story from the beginning. We maintain an ongoing collaboration with SSU's business and communications programs, and internships may qualify for academic credit when coordinated with your advisor.
AMM team members regularly serve as guest speakers and mentors on campus. This partnership is one of the things we're most proud of, and it's built on a genuine shared belief that this region deserves more opportunities, not fewer.
