Our Internship Program.
Appalachian Marketing and Media currently offers a comprehensive internship program designed to help college students develop skills, build their resumes, and network with professionals in their field. Our program provides hands-on experience in a real-world setting, giving interns the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and learn new skills from experienced professionals.
We are seeking the best of the best. If you are a currently enrolled college student in the fields of Marketing or Business and are seeking to develop your professional portfolio, we are for you.

Our Criteria:

​Enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.

Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated interest in marketing and business management, with coursework, extracurricular activities, or prior work experience that reflects this interest.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.

Availability to work a set schedule during the internship period, which may include occasional evenings or weekends.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
